Abstract
Two brothers with chronic granulomatous disease of childhood are presented with circumferential gastric antral thickening demonstrated on sonography. Barium studies and sonography correlated well in one brother. The antral changes can resolve quickly without antibiotic therapy.

本文报告两例患有儿童慢性肉芽肿病的兄弟，超声检查显示胃窦部呈环形增厚。其中一例兄弟的钡餐检查和超声检查结果具有良好的相关性。胃窦部改变在未使用抗生素治疗的情况下可迅速消退。
