Abstract
A case of chylous ascites occurring after retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy for testicular carcinoma is described. After failure of conservative therapy, the patient was successfully treated with peritoneovenous shunt. The pathophysiological and therapeutic aspects of this rare complication are described; in the world literature only 7 cases of chylous ascites following retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy are reported.

本文描述了一例睾丸癌腹膜后淋巴结清扫术后发生乳糜性腹水的病例。保守治疗失败后，患者通过腹膜静脉分流术成功治愈。文中描述了这种罕见并发症的病理生理及治疗方面的情况；在世界文献中，仅报道了7例腹膜后淋巴结清扫术后发生乳糜性腹水的病例。
