We report on a case of " uncombable hair syndrome" combined with additional hair changes ( peripilar casts), periodic shedding of nails, abnormality of teeth, dysplasia of the nipples , Morbus Scheuermann, and atopic disorders with specific IgE sensibilisation . Pili trianguli et canaliculi as well as peripilar casts were electron-microscopically examined. The presented case might be interpreted as a special tricho-odonto- onychial subtype of ectodermal dysplasia.
我们报告了一例“难梳理毛发综合征”合并其他毛发改变（毛周角质套）、指甲周期性脱落、牙齿异常、乳头发育异常、休曼病以及伴有特异性IgE致敏的特应性疾病的病例。对三角形毛发和毛发管以及毛周角质套进行了电子显微镜检查。该病例可能被解释为外胚层发育不良的一种特殊毛发-牙齿-指甲亚型。
