Abstract
A case of spontaneous arteriovenous fistula between the vertebral artery and vein at the level of the vertebral body C 4 is presented. The fistula was closed surgically with a balloon catheter with simultaneous occlusion of the ipsilateral vertebral artery. Clinically, there was a restitutio ad integrum.

本文报告一例发生于C4椎体水平的椎动脉与静脉之间的自发性动静脉瘘病例。该瘘通过球囊导管手术封闭，同时闭塞同侧椎动脉。临床上，患者完全康复。
