[Pharmacotherapeutic aspects of trimethoprim combined with sulfonamides used in cattle].

The pharmacotherapeutic features regarding the use in cattle of combined treatment with trimethoprim and sulphonamides are discussed on the basis of findings reported in the literature. One of the most important conclusions reached is that as regards the use in adult cattle, there are a number of problems, among others those of methods of administration and dosage, the solutions of which would not appear to be a simple matter.
