Abstract

Frequency changes of hippocampal theta-rhythm in the process of elaboration of coinciding or delayed instrumental alimentary reflex was studied in two dogs. Determination of dominating frequency of rhythmical activity was carried out by means of mathematical methods of analysis on a computer. It was found out, that during the action of conditioned alimentary stimulus the frequency of dominating oscillations became enhanced. Animals with a more frequent initial theta-rhythm formed the delayed alimentary reflex more rapidly.

在两只狗身上研究了在形成同时性或延迟性工具性食物反射过程中海马θ节律的频率变化。通过计算机上的数学分析方法来确定节律性活动的主导频率。结果发现,在条件性食物刺激作用期间,主导振荡的频率增加。初始θ节律频率较高的动物形成延迟性食物反射的速度更快。
