[IUD-deformation and unusual complications of intrauterine contraception].

Abstract
Deformations of intrauterine contraceptive devices in the uterine cavity and their consequences are reported. In a period of 16 years we observed two partial perforations and two tuboovarian abscesses with this method of contraception in 3753 women. The value of IUD as a contraceptive of the second range is not degraded by these rare complications.

报道了宫内节育器在子宫腔内的变形及其后果。在16年的时间里，我们在3753名采用这种避孕方法的女性中观察到两例部分穿孔和两例输卵管卵巢脓肿。宫内节育器作为二级避孕方法的价值并不会因这些罕见并发症而降低。
