The authors report a case of EC/IC bypass with venous interposition between the external carotid artery and the middle cerebral artery cortical branch without function in the first eight months after surgery but, after the reopening of the graft, very good revascularization of the brain could be seen. The possible causes are discussed.
作者报告了一例颈外动脉与大脑中动脉皮质支之间采用静脉移植的颅外-颅内搭桥手术病例,术后最初八个月移植血管无功能,但在移植血管重新开通后,可见大脑血管重建良好。文中讨论了可能的原因。
