The technique of absolute measurements of an internal human body temperature is proposed from the estimation of the intrinsic heat radiation over the radiofrequency range. Its principle is based on the thermodynamic equilibrium of the radiometer inputs. The method and the equipment are capable of providing measurements of the average depth temperature with the accuracy of +/- 0.1.
