The results of ultrasonographic investigations of 25 patients after operations for restoring the patency of extracranial brain-supplying arteries are presented. In 9 patients this investigation was done before and after the operation. The reason of these surgical interventions were stenoses or occlusions of the carotid or subclavian arteries or brachiocephalic trunk. In 84% of these cases Doppler ultrasonography confirmed a good result of the operation.
本文呈现了25例接受颅外脑供血动脉再通手术患者的超声检查结果。其中9例患者在手术前后均进行了该项检查。这些手术干预的原因是颈动脉、锁骨下动脉或头臂干的狭窄或闭塞。在84%的此类病例中，多普勒超声检查证实手术效果良好。
