Twenty eight patients with allergic contact dermatitis were studied by epicutaneous tests, which showed 88 positive reactions. Re-tested 2-3 months later with the same allergen of the positive reactions, 14 were negative (15.9%). This decrease can be due to the Excited Skin Syndrome. The causes which can provoke false positive cutaneous reactions are considered and the inherent to this syndrome, also called "Angry Back Syndrome" are analyzed.
对28例过敏性接触性皮炎患者进行了表皮试验研究，结果显示有88例阳性反应。2 - 3个月后用相同的阳性反应变应原进行重新检测，14例呈阴性（15.9%）。这种下降可能归因于激发皮肤综合征。文中考虑了可引发假阳性皮肤反应的原因，并对该综合征（也称为“激惹性背部综合征”）的内在因素进行了分析。
