A fatal case of angio-immunoblastic lymphadenopathy with involvement of many organs including the central nervous system is reported in a 28-year-old man. The patient died from bronchopneumonia 4 months after the onset of symptoms and 2 weeks after the beginning of a cytostatic therapy.

报告了一例血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病的致命病例，累及包括中枢神经系统在内的多个器官。患者为一名28岁男性，在出现症状4个月后及开始细胞抑制治疗2周后死于支气管肺炎。
