Abstract
In 210 cases of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP), Peritrast 400 comp was used as contrast medium. The good tolerence and low rate of complication associated with this preparation despite the higher contrast medium concentration were remarkable. On the whole, only one severe complication was observed, namely, an abscess-forming pancreatitis. This could be controlled by conservative treatment.

在210例内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）中，使用了Peritrast 400 comp作为造影剂。尽管造影剂浓度较高，但该制剂具有良好的耐受性且并发症发生率较低，这一点很显著。总体而言，仅观察到1例严重并发症，即脓肿形成性胰腺炎。这可以通过保守治疗得到控制。
