Authors have carried out investigations in regard to the application of the Content Uniformity Test (CUT) specified by U. S. P. XIX. On the basis of results obtained with three tablet preparations, they have found that CUT specification may favourably be used, applying appropriate methods of determination, in the case of dosage forms for the better fulfilment of quality requirements. Prescription of the same as requirement postulates the development of supply of quality control both in regard to material and personnel.
作者们针对美国药典第十九版规定的含量均匀度检查（CUT）的应用进行了研究。基于三种片剂制剂获得的结果，他们发现，采用适当的测定方法，在剂型方面，含量均匀度检查的规定有利于更好地满足质量要求。与要求规定相同的处方假定在材料和人员方面都要发展质量控制供应。
