From complex biochemical, fluorescence-microscopic and enzyme-histochemical studies of the thyroid in rats it is concluded that the thyroid exerts, in addition to its catecholaminergic stimulatory effect, a serotonin-inhibiting regulatory activity, subject to the stimulatory effect of TRH.
通过对大鼠甲状腺进行复杂的生化、荧光显微镜及酶组织化学研究得出结论:甲状腺除了具有儿茶酚胺能刺激作用外,还具有5-羟色胺抑制调节活性,且该活性受促甲状腺激素释放激素的刺激作用影响。
