Nutritional management of acute renal failure.

This paper discusses the use of total parenteral nutrition in the management of patients with acute renal failure. The influence of nutritional management on survival of patients with acute renal failure, is shown by statistical analysis of our results before and after the institution of a policy of total parenteral nutrition.
