The addition of flavins to the growth medium specifically enhanced the 7alpha-dehydroxylation of bile acids by anaerobically growing cultures of a Eubacterium lentum-like intestinal anaerobe, strain c-25, without an increase in cell growth. The order of the enhancement of the reaction was flavin adenine dinucleotide > flavin mononucleotide >> riboflavin.
在生长培养基中添加黄素,可特异性增强类似迟缓真杆菌的肠道厌氧菌c-25菌株厌氧培养物对胆汁酸的7α-脱羟基作用,且细胞生长未增加。增强该反应的顺序为黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸>黄素单核苷酸>>核黄素。
