Abstract
A case of PRCA, refractory to corticosteroids and androgenes is reported. The patient presented persistent remission when treated with Cyclophosphamide. The review of the cases treated with immunosuppressive drugs proves that this treatment is effective and emphasizes the probable autoimmune pathogenesis of PRCA.

报告了一例对皮质类固醇和雄激素治疗无效的纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（PRCA）病例。该患者在接受环磷酰胺治疗时出现持续缓解。对接受免疫抑制药物治疗的病例进行回顾表明，这种治疗是有效的，并强调了PRCA可能的自身免疫发病机制。
