On the basis of an analysis of 68 cases the author examines specific features of the clinical course, diagnosis and treatment of a ruptured liver associated with a cranio-cerebral trauma in children. For better diagnosis in difficult cases the author proposes early microlaparotomy with a "feeling" catheter.

基于对68例病例的分析，作者研究了儿童肝破裂合并颅脑外伤的临床病程、诊断和治疗的特点。为了在疑难病例中实现更好的诊断，作者建议采用带“感觉”导管的早期微剖腹术。
