11 patients suffering from acquired anal insufficiency underwent a relative simple myoplastic surgical procedure, dealt with in detail. 10 patients of them regained full continence and full working capacity. They also recovered completely from a social point of view.

11例后天性肛门失禁患者接受了一种相对简单的肌成形外科手术，手术过程详述如下。其中10例患者恢复了完全控便能力和全部工作能力。从社会角度来看，他们也完全康复了。
