Two observations of gliomatosis of the peritoneum in patients with mature teratomas of the ovaries are described. Growths of neuroglia in the omentum had diffuse and on the peritoneum nodular appearance, the nodes reaching up to 8 cm in diameter. No differences in the structural maturity of neuroglia in primary tumors of the ovaries and in implants were observed. Both patients underwent repeated operations, received multiple courses of chemotherapy and are apparently normal. One of them has been observed for 2 and the other for 5 years after the first visit to the physician.
本文描述了两例卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者发生腹膜胶质瘤病的情况。大网膜中的神经胶质增生呈弥漫性，腹膜上呈结节状，结节直径可达8厘米。未观察到卵巢原发性肿瘤和种植灶中神经胶质结构成熟度的差异。两名患者均接受了多次手术，接受了多个疗程的化疗，目前情况明显正常。其中一名患者在首次就诊后已观察2年，另一名观察了5年。
