Atypical cutaneous lesions in women following cancer of the breast should be biopsied to rule out the possibility of metastasis to distant cutaneous sites. An unusual location should not change the logical approach to diagnosis.

乳腺癌女性患者出现的非典型皮肤病变应进行活检，以排除远处皮肤转移的可能性。病变位置异常不应改变诊断的合理方法。
