A 15-year-old woman developed an atrophic band on the anterior aspect of her left thigh. A homolateral tibial cyst had been diagnosed five years earlier. To the best of our knowledge, the association of lipoatrophia semicircularis and osseous cysts has, up to now, been unknown.
