By using the microbiological method of diffusion into agar it was noted that meat and dairy products contain residual amounts of tetracycline and penicillin from 0.01 up to 1.0 Un/g/ml, and of streptomycin--up to 2.4 Un/g. Tetracycline was more often found in the hog liver, cottage cheese and in sour cream.
通过采用琼脂扩散微生物学方法,发现肉类和乳制品含有残留量的四环素和青霉素,含量从0.01至1.0单位/克/毫升不等,链霉素的残留量高达2.4单位/克。四环素在猪肝、酸奶酪和酸奶油中更为常见。
