[Large paraumbilical hernia and pregnancy. Case report].

A case of big parumbilical hernia in pregnancy is reported. The hernial sac was filled out by the corpus of the uterus. In the second half of pregnancy the abruption as well as the hernial operation is indicated only in case of need. At term the primary caesarian section with the supracervical amputation of the uterus and the operative correction of the hernia were performed.
