About 230 cases of congenital hemihypertrophy have been reported. A significant number of genitourinary abnormalities have been described in association with this disorder. Among these are Wilms tumors, adrenal malignancies, and medullary sponge kidney. We report on a patient with congenital hemihypertrophy, medullary sponge kidney, and an adrenal carcinoma. A brief review of the literature is given.
