[Our indications for the treatment of acetabular and pelvic fractures with acetabular participation].

Our indicative position for treatment of acetabular and pelvic fractures with acetabular participation is constituted through the results of cases from our medical files from the years 1976-1981. In 21 of the total 32 patients reviewed, we could set the indicator for operative treatment. The remaining 11 were all treated conservatively. Our principles for treatment are demonstrated here through several of these examples.
