Abstract
An overview of the neck node pathology is presented with on the one hand inflammatory diseases of various origins such as tuberculosis, viruses and parasites and on the other hand neoplasms involving nodes. These are either primary tumors such as lymphomas or metastatic carcinomas originating mostly from upper digestive and respiratory tract. Are also evoked diagnostic problems and treatment approach of the neck lymphadenopathy.
