Stress fracture of the iliac bone with subfascial femoral neuropathy: unusual complications at a bone graft donor site: case report.

Two unusual complications following removal of a large iliac bone graft are reported: a stress fracture of the iliac bone with a subfascial haematoma that produced a femoral neuropathy. The aetiology of these complications is discussed and certain recommendations made to avoid their repetition.
