Pulmonary circulation hemodynamics were studied in 175 patients with essential hypertension (EH), coronary disease (CD), atherosclerotic and post-infarction cardiosclerosis and combinations thereof. Pulmonary hemodynamic disorders were found both in cases of EH and CD, being more pronounced in EH patients. When the two diseases are combined, changes reflecting the state of pulmonary hemodynamics are more marked than those occurring in patients with EH or CD alone. When combined, EH and CD mutually aggravate each other's clinical course and symptomatology.
对175例原发性高血压(EH)、冠心病(CD)、动脉粥样硬化和心肌梗死后心肌硬化及其合并症患者的肺循环血流动力学进行了研究。在EH和CD患者中均发现了肺血流动力学紊乱,在EH患者中更为明显。当两种疾病合并时,反映肺血流动力学状态的变化比单独患有EH或CD的患者更为显著。合并时,EH和CD相互加重彼此的临床病程和症状。
