Metastatic involvement of the testis from prostatic carcinoma is rare despite the high frequency of the primary tumor and its ability for wide dissemination. We report 2 cases discovered after therapeutic orchiectomy in patients with advanced disease. The clinical implications of this lesion and a review of the literature on secondary testicular tumors are presented.
