Congenital and acquired lung cavities complicated by tension were studied in 44 children. The author considers that in the basis of the mechanism of tension there lies a loss of elasticity of bronchi and bronchioles resulting from an inflammatory process.
对44例患有先天性和后天性肺空洞并伴有张力性气胸的儿童进行了研究。作者认为，张力性气胸的发病机制是炎症过程导致支气管和细支气管弹性丧失。
