Abstract

The incidence of renal artery aneurysm in a solitary kidney has not been previously documented in the literature. A case of aneurysmal rupture into a pelvicalyceal system of a solitary kidney, successfully treated by primary vascular reconstruction under the cover of inosine and synchronous pelviureteric repair, is reported.

孤立肾肾动脉动脉瘤的发病率此前在文献中尚无记载。本文报道了一例孤立肾动脉瘤破裂至肾盂肾盏系统的病例，该病例在肌苷保护下通过一期血管重建及同步肾盂输尿管修复成功治愈。
