A 21 years old man presented biliary colic. Ultrasonography showed in the gallbladder an homogeneous, solid mass, 4 cm large, without acoustic shadowing and no postural movement. The increase of eosinophilic blood cells suggested the diagnosis of distomiasis of the gallbladder. The diagnosis has been confirmed by immunofluorescent test and surgery.
一名21岁男性出现胆绞痛。超声检查显示胆囊内有一个4厘米大的均匀实性肿块，无声影且无体位移动。嗜酸性血细胞增多提示胆囊吸虫病的诊断。免疫荧光试验和手术已证实该诊断。
