Post-heparin plasma lipolytic activity (PHLA) was measured in 21 patients with acute viral hepatitis. PHLA was significantly reduced in all patients (p less than 0.0005), whose mean activity was only 32% of the control subjects. An inverse correlation (p less than 0.05) was found between PHLA values and serum triglycerides levels. During recovery, the normalization of PHLA was much slower than that of the usual tests of liver function. PHLA measurement may represent a new and sensitive test of liver function.
对21例急性病毒性肝炎患者测定了肝素后血浆脂解活性（PHLA）。所有患者的PHLA均显著降低（p<0.0005），其平均活性仅为对照受试者的32%。发现PHLA值与血清甘油三酯水平呈负相关（p<0.05）。在恢复过程中，PHLA的恢复正常比肝功能常规检测慢得多。PHLA测定可能是一种新的、敏感的肝功能检测方法。
