We report 35 injuries of the Achilles tendon that have been operated on immediately. Clinical follow-up examinations of 23 patients showed the following results: very good and good in 19 cases, satisfactory in 3 cases and unsatisfactory in one case. Immediate surgery of an injury of the Achilles tendon is clearly preferable to conservative therapy. The functional and the cosmetic results are better after an interwoven Bunell's suture than after the interweaving with the plantaris muscle's tendon. Because of the high rate of infection we do not use the "fibrin adhesive" any more.
我们报告了35例立即接受手术治疗的跟腱损伤病例。对23例患者的临床随访检查结果如下：19例为非常好和良好，3例为满意，1例为不满意。跟腱损伤立即手术明显优于保守治疗。采用交织的Bunell缝合术后的功能和美容效果比与跖肌腱交织术后更好。由于感染率高，我们不再使用“纤维蛋白粘合剂”。
