The paper deals with our experience with computed tomography in thoracal sarcoidosis. This method allows a good judgement of lymph nodes in mediastinum and statements, which stand out from conventional roentgenologic diagnostic. In recording of enlarged hilar lymph nodes these methods are equal. As a rule X-ray films and conventional tomography are for planning of therapy so much evident, that in our opinion it is not necessary to use computed tomography in routine diagnostic of sarcoidosis.
本文论述了我们在胸部结节病的计算机断层扫描方面的经验。这种方法能很好地判断纵隔淋巴结情况，且能得出一些与传统放射学诊断不同的结论。在记录肺门淋巴结肿大方面，这些方法效果相当。通常，X线片和传统体层摄影对于治疗方案的制定已经足够清晰，所以我们认为在结节病的常规诊断中没有必要使用计算机断层扫描。
