Abstract
Regeneration of muscle fibers in pubertal rats (days 8 and 10 after mechanical trauma) can be followed until the occurrence of muscle tubules, resembling tissue formation during embryogenesis. Apart from the cellular type regeneration, the contractile apparatus recovery was also observed inside the preserved basal-sarcolemmal skirts according to the type of intracellular reparative regeneration.
摘要
青春期大鼠（机械创伤后第8天和第10天）肌纤维的再生过程可一直追踪到出现肌小管，这类似于胚胎发育过程中的组织形成。除了细胞类型的再生外，根据细胞内修复性再生的类型，在保留的基底肌膜裙内还观察到收缩装置的恢复。
