This paper describes a skin lesion in a rabbit similar to the syndrome eosinophilic granuloma in cat and dog. A diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma type 2 (eosinophilic plaque) was made for the rabbit on the basis of gross and microscopic findings in the skin.
