Abstract
We report a case of rickets in one of identical low birthweight twin infants. Plasma 25-hydroxycholecalciferol concentrations were normal in both infants; there was good clinical response to 1-α hydroxycholecalciferol. We suggest that there was a delay in maturation of renal 25-hydroxycholecalciferol-1α hydroxylase enzyme.

我们报告了一例低出生体重同卵双胞胎婴儿中的佝偻病病例。两名婴儿的血浆25-羟胆钙化醇浓度均正常；对1-α羟胆钙化醇有良好的临床反应。我们认为肾25-羟胆钙化醇-1α羟化酶的成熟存在延迟。
