Human fibroblast interferon has been labelled with 125iodine using the Bolton-Hunter reagent. Purification of the interferon after iodination gave a product which had stable biological activity for 1 month and had a specific radioactivity of 2 to 4 micronCi/microgram.

人成纤维细胞干扰素已使用博尔顿-亨特试剂用¹²⁵碘进行了标记。碘化后对干扰素进行纯化，得到的产物具有稳定的生物活性，可保持1个月，其比放射性为2至4微居里/微克。
