Abstract
In 6 patients with macular puckers (3 spontaneous puckers and 3 puckers after retinal detachment procedures), the epiretinal tissue was surgically removed by pars plana vitrectomy and membrane peeling. 5 patients had visual improvement initially, 3 permanently. Cataract and retinal detachment were observed as complications. No recurrence of the macular pucker occured.

在6例黄斑皱襞患者中（3例自发性皱襞和3例视网膜脱离手术后出现的皱襞），通过平坦部玻璃体切除术和膜剥离术手术切除视网膜前组织。5例患者最初视力改善，3例永久改善。观察到白内障和视网膜脱离为并发症。黄斑皱襞未复发。
