As a new method of surgical treatment of secondary cataract the excision with a vitrector by Klöti is recommended. This method avoids the disadvantages inevitable in discision with a knife or scissors. It proved to be successful in 36 eyes during the observation period. Three examples, chosen because of different indications, are discussed.
作为继发性白内障手术治疗的一种新方法，推荐采用克洛蒂玻璃体切割器切除术。这种方法避免了用刀或剪刀进行晶状体囊膜切开术时不可避免的缺点。在观察期内，该方法在36只眼中取得了成功。现讨论因不同适应证而选取的三个病例。
