Abstract

To avoid misinterpretations in identifying mycotoxins by means of thin-layer chromatography (silica gel), it is necessary to make use of a second method of identification. The reaction with phenylhydrazine and with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine on the plate is suited for patulin. The thus obtained hydrazones are transferred to a second thin-layer chromatographic plate and separated using toluene/acetic acid ethyl ester/85% formic acid (50 + 40 + 10, v/v) or chloroform/acetone (68 + 32, v/v). This method of identification may be used, for example, for apple juices with a patulin content equal or greater than 500 microgram/l.

为避免在通过薄层色谱法(硅胶)鉴定霉菌毒素时出现误判,有必要采用第二种鉴定方法。平板上与苯肼和2,4-二硝基苯肼的反应适用于展青霉素。由此得到的腙被转移到第二块薄层色谱板上,并用甲苯/乙酸乙酯/85%甲酸(50 + 40 + 10,v/v)或氯仿/丙酮(68 + 32,v/v)进行分离。例如,这种鉴定方法可用于展青霉素含量等于或大于500微克/升的苹果汁。
