[Treatment of voluminous keratocysts of the maxilla (author's transl)].

Recurrences of keratocysts are infrequently reported. Excision of these cysts should therefore always be conservative in nature, preferably by interrupting resection. Bimaxillary blocking is not essential, even in the most voluminous cysts.
