Abstract
The serum of rats immunized by MCA sarcoma graft may cause marked degranulation of the mast cells of syngeneic rats sensitized by a homogenate of cancer cells. The serum of immune rats has also caused more limited degranulation in syngeneic rats that have not been previously sensitized. This phenomenon would appear to be explained by a possible cross reaction of antibodies present in the immune sera with the normal histocompatibility antigens expressed on mast cell membranes.

用MCA肉瘤移植免疫的大鼠血清，可使经癌细胞匀浆致敏的同基因大鼠的肥大细胞发生明显的脱颗粒现象。免疫大鼠的血清对未预先致敏的同基因大鼠也可引起较有限的脱颗粒现象。这种现象似乎可以用免疫血清中存在的抗体与肥大细胞膜上表达的正常组织相容性抗原可能发生的交叉反应来解释。
