Abstract

A patient with a lymphatic cyst of the descending colon, treated by segmental colon resection, is reported. Lymphatic cysts of the colon are extremely rare, and there have been only fourteen previously reported cases. In no case has the diagnosis of lymphatic cyst of the colon been made prior to the excision of the lesion.

本文报告了一例降结肠淋巴管囊肿患者，该患者接受了结肠节段性切除术。结肠淋巴管囊肿极为罕见，此前仅有14例报道。在所有病例中，结肠淋巴管囊肿的诊断均在病变切除之前未作出。
