Abstract
A Patient is reported in whom radiographs disclosed changes in the skull and long bones that were characteristic of craniometaphyseal dysplasia. Because of the deformity of the jaws (maximillary retrognathism), a horizontal osteotomy (Le Fort I procedure) was performed.
