[Unilateral sagittal fracture of the head of the mandibular condyle].

We have described a rare sagittal unilateral fracture of the head of the mandibular condyle caused by a trauma around the chin area, resulting in a dislocation of the fractured middle part towards the front and downwards. The removal takes place through surgical operation carried out by the endoral method.
