Abstract
Two cases of villous adenoma of the duodenum are presented. One patient had two lesions in the first part of the duodenum, this being only the second report of multiple villous adenomas of the duodenum. One patient was totally asymptomatic and his villous adenoma was diagnosed radiologically during investigation of anaemia, while the second patient had his two villous adenomas discovered incidentally during surgery for a bleeding leiomyosarcoma of the stomach. The two duodenal adenomas in the second patient had been missed on the barium study.

本文报告了2例十二指肠绒毛状腺瘤。1例患者在十二指肠第一部有2个病灶，这是十二指肠多发性绒毛状腺瘤的第二例报告。1例患者完全无症状，其绒毛状腺瘤在贫血检查过程中经放射学诊断，而另1例患者的2个绒毛状腺瘤是在胃平滑肌肉瘤出血手术期间偶然发现的。钡剂造影检查漏诊了第二例患者的2个十二指肠腺瘤。
